One of the hallmarks of St. Thomas More's High School Youth Ministry is the planning team. The team is comprised of high school parishioners and members of the group who have expressed an interest in leading the group.
In order to be considered for a team position team members must:
- Be a practicing Catholic
- Attending Mass on a regular basis (i.e. going to mass every Sunday)
- Be prepared for team meetings
- Be present both physically and spiritually at each youth ministry event
- Have participated in a Time Out retreat
