How does it feel to here that you are forgiven? The sacrament of confession provides that comfort. We are loved by a God who forgives us before we even ask, but for our own humanity, hearing the words that we are forgiven is essential in lifting the weight from our shoulders. Whether it's been a few months, years or even decades, consider going to confession during Lent. Confessions at the parish are on Fridays during Lent from 5-6pm (during Adoration) and Saturdays from 3:30pm until 4:15pm. Also, check out the parish locator on the diocesan website to find another parish in the area. Need some help preparing? The diocese has created a simple video (available above) to aid you in preparing for and going to confession.
